The location is convenient, with fast food options nearby. However, the room was in poor condition, with an unpleasant odor and visible stains. The bathroom was particularly off-putting, resembling one found in a rundown gas station. Despite the low price, the overall cleanliness and maintenance fell far below expectations.

This was just a decent option for a brief visit in Mount Laurel with value for money. The staff were friendly and helped me with a late check-in, which was a relief after a long drive. Make sure to check the shower pressure before getting comfortable.

I booked a room here and was a bit disappointed. The pictures online looked better than what I experienced. The bed had some irregularities, with noticeable burn holes in the linens, which is not what I expect. The room felt outdated, and I noticed some dirty areas, especially on the floor. The bathroom was not in great shape. the ceiling had some issues. I had to ask for a plunger because the toilet kept clogging. On the brighter side, the front desk staff were really friendly and tried to help. The location was decent, with nearby restaurants and stores, making grabbing a bite or running errands easy.

It was just a fitting option for a flying visit in Mount Laurel with all in all brilliant value for money. The dirty environment made it hard to settle in, especially with broken furnishings all around. Bring your own cleaning supplies since the place could use some serious tidying.

The man running the front desk was helpful, he switched my reservation so my group could take the room right after the last guest left, so smooth. Plus, there’s a Wawa within walking distance, made grabbing late-night snacks so easy.
Wasn't exactly a steal but it was tolerable.

The location of this Knights Inn was super convenient for my needs. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly, and that set a positive tone. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator, which was great for storing snacks. Water pressure in the bathroom was solid, and the towels, while a bit scratchy, did their job. On the downside, the room smelled heavily of smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. There were stains on the curtains and the shower curtain was dusty. The cleanliness could use a serious improvement, as there were footprints on the bathroom floor. I didn't feel comfortable with the overall condition like the electrical sockets were dusty. I appreciate the effort from the staff, but little details made a big difference. Would I stay here again? Maybe not without checking other places first.

The location was convenient, near major highways and local attractions. The staff member at the front desk greeted me warmly, which made check-in easy. I appreciated the cozy vibe of the room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, helping me get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the room had a strong smoke smell, despite being labeled non-smoking. I noticed some areas needed more attention. the bathroom had some cleanliness issues that were hard to ignore. I found the lack of hot water in the morning frustrating, especially after a long day out. While I liked the room itself, the overall hygiene left a lot to be desired. I spent some time trying to figure out the Wi-Fi and had trouble connecting.

Helpful Staff, Need for Cleanliness Improvements
The staff was incredibly nice and attentive during my stay, which made the experience more pleasant. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with visible dust and uncleaned surfaces that made me uncomfortable. Overall, it served its purpose, but I would look for a better-maintained place next time.

missingWrote a review on Aug 10convenient locationbasic amenitiesdirty facilities
The location offers quick access to various attractions, making it convenient for travelers. If you’re just looking for a place to crash for the night, this spot may serve that purpose, although expect basic amenities.
Stepping into the room felt like a gamble. dirty floors and a serious lack of cleanliness were immediate red flags. The room layout was cramped with very few working outlets, making charging devices a chore. The bathroom barely functioned with a stubborn toilet that clogged on request and a shower that had clearly seen better days. Some rooms looked as if they had become makeshift residences, displaying long-term living arrangements with remnants of previous guests scattered about. The overall state of disrepair, from holes in comforters to insect sightings, suggested neglect rather than casual wear. For me, it just didn’t cut it as a sustainable lodging choice.
